Estelle Bar & Kitchen is the first collaboration of Chefs Scott Pickett
and Ryan Flaherty.
Scott has a solid background in traditional culinary methods and is dedicated to using the best seasonal produce. He comes from an impressive background having cooked in restaurants such as Paul Bocuse and London’s two Michelin starred The Square. His classical approach to cooking afforded him Two Chef Hats in The Age Good Food Guide 2011 & 2012 at The Point and numerous other accolades throughout his 20 year career.
Ryan has a more modern influence and understanding of food having worked at Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck and the world’s best restaurant, elBulli in Spain. Ryan also created a seriesof popular pop up dining events, known as SED before joining forces with Scott to re-invent Estelle Bar & Kitchen.
Together they are delivering an inspiring seasonal menu that provides a memorable and unique dining experience.
