Estelle is evolving, and in early 2015, will become Estelle Bistro and Estelle by Scott Pickett, two new exciting and innovative dining concepts, situated side by side.
The more refined Estelle by Scott Pickett (ESP) – located next door to Estelle Bistro – will offer a set eight-course tasting menu reminiscent of Pickett’s creative and colourful style. It will be open Tuesday to Saturday in the evenings.
Diners will be part of the action at ESP, thanks to the intricate design, and a recessed open kitchen – as close as one can get to being in the kitchen.
Estelle Bistro will be very much about the locals, an eatery they can patronize a few times a week. Fans of the original Estelle are encouraged to book before the end of the year, after which the evolution into two will take place.
